Audrey Talbot was born in Tipperary but lives in Dublin. She studied English and Classics at University College Dublin and lived in southern Italy before working for several years as a teacher. She has written articles, poems and short stories. Alfie’s Story is a romantic first novel with a gentle and engaging man as its protagonist.
