Anna Nolan was a contestant in the first Big Brother (UK) in 2000. She was pipped at the post, gained much media interest as a lesbian ex-nun and has continued to work in the print media and on TV since. She writes a weekly column for The Irish Independent and is a reporter on the RTE documentary series Would You Believe?. She is currently working on her first book.
